Young Thug Says Atlanta Is The #1 City In Hip Hop

Thugger stated no person’s ever taking the highest spot from Atlanta.

Atlanta is without doubt one of the greatest cities in hip hop.

During the last thirty years, the A has pumped out extra hip hop icons than every other metropolis, and boasts arguably the most impressive lineup within the historical past of rap music. From Outkast and Goodie Mobb, to Gucci Mane, Younger Jeezy, Ludacris and T.I., to Future, Young Thug, Lil Baby, Gunna, 21 Savage, all thre Migos and a slew of different hugely-successful rappers, there’s an actual argument to be made that Atlanta is an important metropolis in hip hop historical past, and in line with Thugger, it is by no means giving that title up.

At this weekend’s Revolt Summit, the PUNK rapper predicted continued dominance for his residence metropolis.

“I do not see no metropolis taking up Atlanta,” he stated. “As a result of we regular having new artists come from Atlanta, bruh, and we getting larger and greater and greater. The most important artists which might be popping proper now are from Atlanta. As a result of we regular having new artists come from Atlanta, bruh, and we getting larger and greater and greater. The most important artists which might be popping proper now are from Atlanta.”

Including that, in Atlanta, “all people obtained hearts, all people love one another,” and that “It ain’t that many haters,” Thug stated artists’ willingness to collaborate on new music is what makes town profitable, and is why artists from there drive traits in each music and style.

Thug’s feedback on the success of Atlanta comes on the heels on his plans to create Slime City, outfitted with a number of properties and a water park, on the 100 acres of land he obtained for his thirtieth birthday, and his request for Elon Musk to help in making the mission sustainable.
