Hip-hop followers rejoice!
A&E Community will premiere an all-new, eight-episode docuseries known as Origins of Hip Hop, which can inform the tales of a few of hip-hop’s largest greats: Busta Rhymes, Eve, Fat Joe, Grandmaster Flash, Ice-T, Ja Rule, Lil Jon and Uncle Luke. The collection premieres Might 30 at 1o p.m. ET/PT. It can start airing Tuesday nights on June 6.

Produced by Mass Enchantment, every hourlong episode will discover the artists’ origin tales and experiences which have formed them into the hitmakers they’re at present. Full of narration from Mass Enchantment Data co-owner Nas and commentary from the artists’ households, pals and collaborators, viewers also can anticipate intimate interviews, uncommon archival footage of the celebrities in fact — fan-favorite music.
